New Business & Client Services

Working within the New Business Team, I develop, customise, report and train in the Microsoft CRM System.

I undertake research into new leads for Five by Five, Headstream, Lawtonware and Five by Five Media to approach, data qualification and gather information on what current stage they are in the digital world. This covers on and off line, social media, web builds, email marketing, PR and general digital goodness.

I organise new campaigns for the different agencies, experimenting with new ideas to help get us noticed from lead research through to delivery of the campaign.

My role later developed into pitching and securing business for the different teams and working with Headstream (the digital PR department) on key accounts.

Activities included:

Reporting to stakeholders

  • Development of the stategic direction of NUKO Agency, including client growth and progress

  • Leading and managing the client services team

  • Resource planning (development, creative and account teams)

  • New business planning, marketing and attending external meetings

  • Appraisals and personal development of the client services team

  • Forecasting and reporting on the financial targets for the department to stakeholders

  • Recruiting new team members

  • Developing strategic plans for client projects for NUKO and the wider Remarkable Group.

  • Project growth and securing new business

    I am also the chairman of the Culture Team that upholds the values of the company by organising events, providing information and offering support to the colleagues of Lawton Comms. I arrange on-site events, off-site events, charity events and have created and maintained an LCG Culture Team Twitter account.
