Merging of the digital, print and video departments in Remarkable into one super team; branded the NUKO agency. My role involved heading up this adventure as well as running the client service team.
Activities included:
Reporting to stakeholders
Development of the stategic direction of NUKO Agency, including client growth and progress
Leading and managing the client services team
Resource planning (development, creative and account teams)
New business planning, marketing and attending external meetings
Appraisals and personal development of the client services team
Forecasting and reporting on the financial targets for the department to stakeholders
Recruiting new team members
Developing strategic plans for client projects for NUKO and the wider Remarkable Group.
