Building & Improving our Cellar Experience

Following the launch of the Berry, Bros. & Rudd app in September 2022, we’ve been working on ways to continuously improve the experience for our customers who collector wine with us.

Listening to feedback and outcomes from our regular NPS communications, we’ve released the following improvements.

Cellar Valuation

We’ve updated the Cellar Valuation in our customers’ online accounts. Maturity status of their wines is now separate to the Cellar Valuation a customer can see. Allowing our customers to quickly find the information they you need.

Bid Alerts

We’ve made improvements to the bidding alerts. As a customer, we understand that receiving low bids on wines listed can be frustrating. We’ve put in place a default bid alert, so that as a customer you will only hear about bids that are within 15% of the Liv-ex Market Price.

Restricting Low Bids

Our fine wine exchange, BBX, needs to continue to be a fairer selling environment. We are now restricting bids that are more than 30% below the Liv-ex Market Price.

Cellar Manager App

We now offer the ability for customers using the app to save searches and access our website more seamlessly. Along with the ability to use Google and Apple pay at checkout.
